Authors will be invited to submit a full paper for publication in a Special Issue of a Scopus/Web of Science indexed journal (to be announced).

The registration fees will include:
Access to the conference

1 x welcome reception (2025 November 18)

Participants List
The list of participants will be provided to all workshop attendees and organizers. The list will include name, address and email address. Please indicate if you would like be included on this list.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds due to cancellation will process as follows:

Cancellation before September 18, 2025 – refund of 90% of registration fees;

Cancellation on or after September 18, 2025 – no refund due to cancellation;

You may transfer your registration to another individual at any time with no penalty, however, the transfer request should be made in writing, via email.
